Conditions
Neck pain
Neck pain is often linked to tension, stiffness and sustained posture. An integrated approach restores mobility and reduces recurrence.
Cervicalgia is pain in the neck, often with stiffness and a heavy-head sensation. It may appear after long screen time, stress or changes in physical activity.
It commonly relates to muscle tension, reduced mobility in the cervical and thoracic spine and forward-head posture. For some people, TMJ tension from clenching can also contribute.
Without treatment it can become recurrent, be associated with headaches and affect sleep or concentration. Shoulder and upper-back compensations often increase load on the neck.
At Kinésica we combine manual therapy with RPG to improve postural organization. We integrate osteopathy and gentle manual manipulations when indicated, and TMJ work when jaw involvement is present, aiming for a neck that is both mobile and stable.
Assessment includes cervical/thoracic mobility, scapular control and work habits. Sessions add targeted exercise, ergonomic guidance and self-care strategies to maintain results.
