Conditions
Low back pain
Low back pain is one of the most common complaints. The goal is to understand triggers and restore mobility and strength without fear of movement.
Low back pain is discomfort in the lower spine area. It may start after an effort, from sustained posture, or without a clear trigger, and it often fluctuates depending on activity.
It is commonly linked to muscle overload, hip or spinal stiffness, low tolerance to certain positions, and reduced trunk coordination. Stress and sleep also influence how pain is experienced.
If not addressed, it can lead to movement avoidance, deconditioning and repeated episodes. In some cases it is associated with discomfort into the buttock region or increased sensitivity around the lumbar spine.
At Kinésica we combine manual therapy and integrated postural work: osteopathy and manual manipulations when indicated, plus RPG and muscle-chain work to improve loading patterns and mobility. The aim is better movement, not only temporary relief.
Assessment looks at what aggravates and eases symptoms, hip mobility, trunk control and daily habits. Sessions include progressive exercise, education to manage flare-ups and a clear return-to-activity plan.
