Conditions
Muscle spasms and tear sequelae
Muscle spasms and incomplete recovery after tears leave pain, stiffness or weakness. Tissue and load work restore function.
A muscle spasm is sustained tension that causes local pain and limits movement. After a tear, fibrosis, adhesions or strength loss can remain if recovery was incomplete.
They often follow overload, poor training dosage, fatigue, repeated postures or returning too soon. Stress and sleep also shape pain perception.
Without care they can become chronic, flare with effort and create compensations in nearby joints or along the muscle chain.
At Kinésica we use manual therapy and osteopathy to improve tissue quality, with manipulations when indicated. We integrate muscle-chain work and RPG to reorganize loading and reduce recurrence.
Assessment identifies the muscle involved, healing phase and effort tolerance. We progress with mobility, strengthening and a clear return-to-sport or work plan.
Approach at Kinésica
We match load to tissue phase: ease, remodel, then strengthen.
