Conditions
Carpal tunnel and wrist-hand
Carpal tunnel syndrome and other wrist overloads cause tingling, pain or hand weakness. Neural and manual care help restore use.
Carpal tunnel compresses the median nerve at the wrist and can cause tingling, numbness or pain in the fingers and palm, often at night. Other wrist-hand issues include tendinopathies, repetitive overload and joint stiffness.
It often relates to keyboard work, tools, repetitive gestures, swelling or anatomical predisposition. Elbow, shoulder and neck mechanics also affect nerve and wrist load.
Without care it can limit writing, gripping or sleep, and in advanced cases reduce pinch strength. Forearm and shoulder compensations often add tension.
At Kinésica we integrate neurodynamics to improve median-nerve mobility, with osteopathy and manipulations to free the wrist, forearm and related chains. We add exercise and ergonomic guidance.
Assessment includes neural tests, strength and use habits. We define a mobility plan, load dosing and self-care; we coordinate with your physician if studies or a splint are indicated.
Approach at Kinésica
We prioritize neural tolerance and mechanics of the whole upper-limb chain.
