Conditions
Medial epicondylitis
Medial epicondylitis is inner elbow pain often driven by overuse and repeated gripping.
Medial epicondylitis is pain on the inner side of the elbow, often with gripping, wrist flexion or lifting. Tightness may spread into the forearm.
It is commonly linked to repetitive overload of the wrist and forearm flexors from sport, tools or manual work. Shoulder and wrist mechanics can increase stress on the elbow.
Without treatment it may limit work and training, and sensitivity can persist with everyday arm use. Compensation into the shoulder and neck may also develop.
At Kinésica we combine manual therapy and global strategies: targeted manual techniques to improve tolerance, osteopathy when restrictions contribute, and muscle-chain work to refine the gesture and distribute load more effectively.
Assessment reviews strength, mobility and aggravating tasks. Sessions progress with specific forearm exercises, load dosing and guidance to return to sport or work with lower relapse risk.
Approach at Kinésica
Treatment focuses on rebuilding tolerance through well-dosed exercise.
