Clinical Posturology

Clinical posturology studies how the body organizes itself in gravity: the position of the head, spine, pelvis and plantar support influence balance, gait and load distribution. When imbalances exist, recurring pain, fatigue or a sense of instability may appear.

Through a global assessment—including static and dynamic posture, balance tests and, when appropriate, plantar support analysis—we identify factors that maintain tension or pain. The goal is to understand the cause, not only the symptom.

Treatment combines manual techniques, postural re-education exercises and, when needed, resources such as insoles or daily-life recommendations. The aim is a more stable support, better alignment and greater comfort in everyday activities.
